  • Congrats to me!

    Congratulations to me! I totally exercised today for the first time in years (?), and I will every day from now on, plus or minus a day.

      Yeah! Congratulations!!!

      I know how wonderful it feels that you accomplised it. I exercised for the first time today also and was able to ride an exercise bike for 20 min. (Boy did I feel it afterward) But I know if I stick with it everyday I'll be able to go longer and my body will love me for it.

        good for you and you will find that exercising uses up some of those bad for weight loss chems many of us gerenate during the day too and give you a very nice brain chem to help you want to exercise more

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
