  • Day 3 and uncertain results

Ok ok, I know its only the third day but when i did this before i could feel dramatic results already. I havent weighed myself cause i dont have a scale, but i judge by my tummy and that still feels very bloated.
I have been doing my cardio and have been so good with my foods.

My face still looks quite puffy too.

Im feeling very demotivated today. Plus my dinners are always making me feel quezy cause of all the fat.

Need some advice guys and most of all need some motivation to stick with this.

Re: Day 3 and uncertain results

It's only been three days, so don't be so hard on yourself. You can't expect this to go as easy or as smoothly as the first time, and I can vouch for that because for me it was so hard the 2nd,3rd, 4th time around that I just gave up. Please don't do that because you will regret it in the long run, and it will only get harder.

I know the queezey feeling that you are getting, because I had that as well, so bad that I couldn't bear to swallow my food, but that too will pass. It took about a week before I could even look forward to eating. You just have to be strong, and realize that it will do you good in the long run if you can just stick to it. Those kind of hurdles are what make us stronger.

Try to drink more water w/your dinner, I always took sips inbetween my bites which made it a little more bearable to get my meal down. If you have to...split your meal in half, and eat the rest later...you don't have to eat it all at once.

If you just stick with it, the weight will melt off....a lot faster than if you give up. So please don't give up!!!! We are all here to support you!

Savannah - might you be adding too much fat to your meal? I have never felt my menus were 'over-fatty' on this woe.

Perhaps listing a day or two of menus including quantitlies of everything in the 'Review my menu' forum might enable some suggestions of how to tweak it to make it more palatable for you?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
