Hey Finelly...thanks for the check up...I think I am doing okay...I see you posting helpfully lots too...thanks for answering some of my stuff!!! I like to take a minute if I can to post something encouraging in the other people posts because I know I really look forward to the answers to my questions and the encouragement. I think I posted some questions on day 3 that no one answered at all..and I was feeling very left out and discouraged. I posted them again on 'Day 4' and Bugaboo was kind enough to give it a bump and I got some answers. So I know when you are reaching out and feel like no one is paying attention that it is easy to feel sad about it.

The first week was a bit of a struggle to get the calories up as you know...and this week I am working on getting the fat down a bit. I am not sweating it too much yet though. Had a not hungry day yesterday so very low in calories 1053 but still 71% of fat thanks to a couple of HB eggs, mayo and cheese about an hour before bed.

Finally starting to feel some energy!!! YIPPEE!! Weigh in isn't until tomorrow morning. I have been good and not stepped on the scale since Sunday. I want it to be a surprise...LOL....hopefully a good one! But I feel different...this is a strange thing for a 228lb, 5' woman to say...but I feel....well....LEANER....LOL! That is the best I can explain it.

How are things going at your end? Less than a week until your next measurement taking, isn't it? Do you also weigh then?

Watch for the weigh in tomorrow.

You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
