    I am truly so glad I signed up for this support group. Everytime I think negative I come online and read other posts and advice and I am glad I am doing this. Thanks for everything guys. YOU ROCK!

      Together, we can accomplish anything! I know that this wonderful group of people helped me to lose 100 pounds in 7 months! By just being here, willing to listen and not judge, and always putting others first, even when we're getting help, too, these are all things that make ADBB the best board I could have ever hoped for!
