Hi everyone.
Sorry to bore you with my mundane updates, but I feel less likely to cheat if i know that people know exactly what progress im making.
not getting sick when i eat my dinner anymore ,yay!
Did forty mins cardio this morning and plan on going for a walk at lunch time.
At nighttime before dinner i usually wander into the kitchen and snack, but since DAy 1 I havent felt like doing that at all. Well maybe once i did, but i simply grabbed a good book and went to bed to read.
No major whooshies yet, and still feeling bloated in the tum tum but my mouth tastes gross and i am waiting for the whoosh fairy to plop on my doorstep anyday now!
