  • Starting day 7

I'm starting day seven today. I'm not getting no more headaches. I feel pretty good. What should I expect over the next seven days?

I have lost ten pounds so far. That seems kind of fast? This is the most weight I have lost on this diet. I tried atkins two times before and never made it out of induction. I don't appear to be having the same issues as before.

    Woooohooo! 10 pounds, that's great!

what to expect... I'd say, nothing spectacular. Once you've gotten through induction flu and your body has shed those water / glycogen store pounds, you may lose a little more fat and muscle, so start exercising if you are not alreday doing it... and check the OWL stickies, since you may be entering OWL soon

Keep up the good work, you are doing fantastic!

      Hey...give this a read!
      http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5090
it may answer some of your questions.

You have just over 100 pounds to lose, so a 10 pound loss in the first week of Induction is pretty much right on target, and the sticky will explain that.
I had 70 pounds to lose and I lost 8 pounds in my first two weeks....I weighed myself on day 14 so I'm not sure when they came off in those two weeks, but the 'when' doesn't matter...the fact that they came off..now that matters!

I just read in your signature that you are starting Atkins over...if so, you are doing really well, as second time around results seem to be lower than the first time...good job!
