    Made it to day 2:

    Yesterday:

    about 80oz water

    Breakfast: 3egg omlette w/ 2oz cheese

    Lunch: Buffalo wings (about

    Dinner: Chicken salad (about 2 breasts worth)

    Today:

    Breakfast: 3 egg omlette w 2 oz cheese and 3Tsp Salsa (2 carbs extra)

    Today I will be making flax seed muffins and chicken and brocolli soup!
    5'9.5" - 25/m - On/Off since Oct '03
    201/180/160 or washboard abs (8-10% BF) - restarted 1/18/2006

    Awesome!

    I'm too scared to do anything outside the induction world (i.e. flax seed) for at least a month or so!

          and spread your veggies out through the day rather than have them mostly at one meal. Your digestive system will thank you for it.

            Rational is a second-time arounder, so he knows how he reacts to flax seed. But honestly, it's really helpful to most people - helped me lose faster and not be constipated and bloated!

            Rational - VEGGIES. You ate NO VEGGIES, you dolt!!!!!! How rational is THAT? Get your butt in gear, man! You know better than this!!!!!! Do NOT make me send the Siamese Attack Cats after you.....

                  I didn't have any veggies in the house on day 1! Yesterday I made cream of brocolli soup (2cups brocolli) and got 2lbs of frozen yellow squash and like 4lbs of brocolli total.

                  I also made flax muffins which basically solves ALL my roughage problems. It was $3.15 for bob's at my local grocery store though, I used to pay $1.69!! what happened??
