    Question:

I've been through the induction flu before. I think I just broke through it today. Yesterday, I was feeling a little gross...nothing too bad, but I just felt out of sorts. My stomach was a little queezy, and I had these incredible cravings for sugar.

Today, I'm a little better. I slept for like, 12 hours. I don't have any cravings so much. And I feel full of energy.

I've been keeping my net carbs below 20 since Monday. Was this the induction flu? I've done Atkins before and it was much worse the first time. This time wasn't as bad. Opinions?

Hi JBO! You prob. just experienced a mild case of this time. That was all I experienced and I had it only about two days. I have been on induction now for 26 days and that was all I had trouble with. How is the weight loss?

yes, it is possible! WTG! but- If I were you I would lay off of the scales until your 14 days are up! Your weight is probably going to fluctuate between now and then...
