    Week one down and 9 lbs lost Just now getting over the flu, still getting minor headaches but those are easily dismissed

    Oh my gosh!!! I realized while I was changing my counter there is only 16 lbs left. I guess i never really realized I did really well. If I keep this up I'll be able to get to goal in 2 weeks!

      That is WONDERFUL!

      I will warn you that you will probably not lose as fast this next week. And there may be a slight pause as your body adjusts to that whopping loss. But hey, you are doing GREAT!!!!!!! You'll reach goal in NO TIME!

        Weigh to go!!

        As Finelly said - dont panic if your rate of loss slows down now.

            Yeah I figured it would probably taper down to about 5 lbs a week if I'm lucky, even still that would mean I lost my 25 lbs in one month

              Daesania.....good luck! I lost 9 pounds my first week too! Then three the week after that. Remember in the book they say to lose that last 5-10 pounds SLOWLY. Give yourself time to go through the rungs and learn how to eat in a way that will not put the weight back on. Atkins is a lifetime WOE. Looking forward to your weigh in next week!
