  • Day 3 and appetite supression!

    Yay, I made it to day 3 and the appetite supression has kicked in, finally This is why this diet is so great. I had 2 flax muffins this morning with cream cheese at about 9am and 6 hours later I'm not too hungry but I'm eating some cream of chicken & broccolli soup. Drinking tons of water. Good stuff.

    3 days down, about 87 to go

    Wow.. flax muffins.. they sound good! I'll have to make one!

    Where do I find the recpie!? I'm looking in the recipe section and can't find it.

    Also.. how many did you have? Is it too much fiber to have 3 or so (I think you have to count flax as a little bit of fiber right?)

      Print it out if you can! I use about 1TB of cinnamon instead of 2 (thats just crazy).

      They are very yummy and I think without flax, I wouldn't be able to do this diet. It is very helpful on the fiber, plus if you prepare it right, its very easy to fake your brain into thinking you're eating "comfort food".

        The third day is bliss!

        I am on day 3. Yesterday I would have had sex with a bagel!

            Good for you! It will just get better. I have to try that muffin recipe. Going out tomorrow to buy some of the ingredients. Thanks.
