Yay, I made it to day 3 and the appetite supression has kicked in, finally
This is why this diet is so great. I had 2 flax muffins this morning with cream cheese at about 9am and 6 hours later I'm not too hungry but I'm eating some cream of chicken & broccolli soup. Drinking tons of water. Good stuff.
