  • First week results

    Hello there,

    I've lost 3 lb my first week on induction and remain in moderate ketosis. I just love the way I feel most especially post workout because I know that I did not waste my time at the gym. I can notice some body shrinkage already. I definitely have increased energy and self confidence which positively affects my family life and work performance. My husband loves the new me because I'm always happy and I haven't had those evil mood swings.

    You know what, this may be extreme for some but I do consider all high glycemic carbs poison to my body. They have always affected my body in a very negative way such as inducing depression & anxiety, unhealthy cravings, bodyfat storage, etc.... I know that I can never eat them again and that's just okay with me. I have never been able to say that with conviction, never until now. This is only my first week but I'm totally convinced that I will follow this way of eating for the rest of my life. This has been a Miracle and I'm extremely grateful!

      Don't you think I was a little bit euphoric? That's what ketosis does to you among other things and I just love it!

        Hey! It's a natural "high"... and the losing weight bit minus the hunger doesn't hurt, either, does it?!
