Most hot sauces are, just be sure to look at the ingredients. Most conatain tomatoes, which isn't that bad, but are limited. Other things to look at are the extras on the jar. Alot of them ad dextrose or other -oses to their sauces.

I use Frank's quite often as well; however, keep in mind that it is fairly high in sodium, and as such, may cause a bit of water retention if not used in moderation.

as long as the ingredients in whatever food you are asking about are induction legal the food is induction legal. most hot sauce is red peppers, salt, and vinegar all found in the acceptable foods lists for induction chapter 11. Count your carbs and enjoy.
Just a quick note about Frank's hot sauce. It DOES have carbs, about 0.5 net carbs per tablespoon. Granted, you might not eat a tablespoon of the hot sauce, but if use this product "alot", you might want to measure it and see exactly how much you eat and count those carbs.
