Two questions about induction. Are pork skins (rinds) okay. Is cream allowed at all? I know it does not say either on your list. But I've heard other swear they were ok.

Yes, cream is allowed, but limit to two to three tablespoons a day and note carbohydrate content! It's considered an 'extra' in the 2002 version of DANDR.

Yes for the pork rinds, but watch the sodium content and make sure they are 0 carbs as well!

Cream is in the special foods section of the induction foods lists in chapter 11 of DANDR. However it comes with a warning about some folk can't lose using it as part of their plan and to see if you can.

Pork skins are the best!

2 of my favorite treats are from pork rinds. Take them and put'em in a bag and pour a little splenda and cinnamon in it, shake it and bam, instant taco bell twisty's.

Then my real favorite...potted meat and pork rinds!! lol just like bean dip
