I HATE induction!! This is not my first time-around on atkins, & I know by the book is best but my MO has been to go whole hog (no pun intended) for two weeks & then fall completely off the wagon I was wondering if there would be any harm in a one week induction or should I just stick with it?



. I know you are both right. I guess since my cheat period has lasted for several months I should go the FULL 14 days and find some way to like it. I feel so limited in what I can eat because I usually eat pasta & bread for nearly every meal, its hard to come up with ideas for meals that I would like. I guess that is what induction is about finding new way to eat. I'll take your advice & get through the 2 week induction. Although I probably will gripe about it ocassionally.
