    Going for another try in this WOL, I had a great deal of success my first go arround and somehow managed to blow almost all of it in the last 6 months. Started out arround 305, made it down the 250s but managed to creep back up to 295 before finally getting serious again. I am nearing the end of my 2 week induction and luckily it seems I can still lose fairly easily down 10 pounds (think a fair ammount is water weight, but I'll take what I can get) to 285.

    I used this board all the time my first go arround but never did post, I have always gotten motivation from reading other here so I decided posting and being more involved should help me stay with it. Good luck everyone else and glad to be back.

    Welcome back! PLEASE come on over and check out the Second Time Around Forum - it's full of people like you, and me, with endless support, humor, wisdom, and advice. There are several stickies that will be useful to you, as well.

      I actually checked it out some, definatly more to see though. I have been reading boards quite a bit lately. Probably should have posted there to begin with, oh well.
