      well i'm new here but not new to Atkins...Fell off the wagon but hopping right back on
      Returning to Atkins. I'm currently 196lbs, my goal is to lose 35lbs however long that may take.

        I'll jump onboard here. I've been low-carbing it for six years, but only recently started scrict Atkins (and then found ADBB). I'm going to have a heckuva time getting used to no low-carb substitutes like shakes and bars (I dropped all sugar substitutes just because they're not good for you). I'm at the point where I have those last ten pounds to get rid of.

        I also have a little bit of a problem with emotional eating...er...or I should say binging I've literally eaten a loaf of bread and half a jar of peanut butter in one sitting. It doesn't happen enough for me to have binge eating disorder, but it happens about once or twice a month...and I'm determined to try and stop it. My goal is to go an entire year without a binge. I'm great about being strict on my diet 95% of the time, but these binges are the most uncontrollable things I have ever experienced. It's just the feel of food going down my throat that I somehow need...without regard to how it will feel once it is in my stomach

        So there's my confession. This feels like therapy. LOL.
