  • I'm new

Hi my name is Angie, I'm 22, I'm new to the board, but not new to Atkins...lol.
I was at 190 about 2 years ago, I lost about 40 lbs...

then I stopped cuz I got in a relationship and wasn't really concerned with losing anymore cuz I felt comfortable...

and so here I go again with my starting weight at 158 at the beginning of this month...I'm currently at 150.. hoping to get to my stg of 148 very soon...

Anywho, just wanted to say hello, and make some new friends and get some support I hope lol...so I can make it to my ltg of 120 so feel free to hit me up on AIM or here etc etc lol...

Welcome back to the woe, Angie
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
