i see in alot of the recipes that pizza sauce in small amounts is allowed on induction. can i use hunts no added sugar, only natural sugars 1/2 cup 6grams of carbs, but i will be using even less than that as i want a small amout to top some turkey tenderloins....this ok to use?

You can use it. But it will count towards your veggie allotment. The other thing you can do, because it's summer, is to buy whole tomatoes and chop them up and have a fresh tomato sauce instead. That way you can measure the tomatoes properly and won't have to guess if you're eating a cup of tomato or whatever.
