Good for you. The 14 days are the 14 days. Figure out what your degree of metabolic resistance is and decide what to do next.

It does sound to me like you are getting pretty much work out at that, so I wouldn't worry about that for sure.
And yes, these were your 14 days, so look at your MR and move on from here (somehow I am guessing we will be welcoming you at Extended, since at this point with all the hectic going on it is the easiest thing to do.........so see you there !)

          Re: Sort of finished induction.

You were operating under unusual circumstances to say the least, and it sounds like you did the very best you could. I don't think any of us can fault you on how you did with your eating or your exercise. You are aware that the bars weren't the best thing for you, but again, with what was going on they were the lesser of many evils, right? I personally don't condone the bars, but we are talking about an extreme situation here and it was probably easier to grab a few bites from a bar then to open up your fresh salad around people who have lost their homes.
If your body was sore then I think it's safe to say you had an adequate workout, so don't fret about that.

So now, if you like you can carry on with Induction for a while (shift into the Extended Induction forum), keep the bars for extreme situations (let's hope there are no more times when you'll need them!) and go for it, girlie!!

Oh...and a Happy (but belated!) Birthday to you!
