I am restarting Atkins and was wondering if its okay to have Atkins wrap with some chicken for lunch?

When you check the list of ingredients on the pack (or online) if you find that everything on the list is also on the Induction allowed list then it would be fine to use them. However I doubt you will find that!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
