Was there a marinade on the meat? Or was the meat plain?

If the meat is plain and has no sauce, you can eat it plentifully! Just make sure you also eat your 3 cups of acceptable induction veggies per day!

If you don't have your copy of the 2002 version of the Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution, now is the time to get your copy! I bought mine from Amazon.com for about a dollar.

No there is nothing about donner meat specifically. You will have to do some detective work' to check if you can eat it on induction.
Was it plain unprocessed meat or was it ground up and mixed with spices?

If the former you need to ask them if it was marinaded before cooking and if so what was in the marinade and check them against the allowed induction list (start with page 124 onwards and read the bit about spices too) .
Also you need to ask what was in the sauce and see if it is all on the list.

If the latter you need to ask the outlet for a list of ingredients and additives and check them against the list.

All ingredients in what you eat must appear as allowed foods in the DANDR list.

This is one reason lots of us find it simpler not to order takeout when on induction!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
