  • My end of 2-week results... 21 pounds!

    Yes, I haven't lost anything since the first week when I lost 21 pounds, but that's ok! I know I stall out every 20 pounds or so.

    On to extended induction for me!

    Thank you for the support and help!

    I'll still be a moderator here in this forum, and I hope never to be back again due to falling off the wagon, but instead to help others get to where you want to be at the end of those 2 weeks!

    wowza cleo!!!! that is amazing congrats!!!!
    Returning to Atkins. I'm currently 196lbs, my goal is to lose 35lbs however long that may take.

        Thank you so much, Chrissy and sheshy! I was pretty amazed myself.

        The Whooshie Fairy was busy at my house that week, and helloooo high-maintenance! I had to paint her toenails three times before she was happy with the color!

                  OK, so it was 21 pounds in about 5 days. I forget. I'm horoscopically blonde!

                  Atomicblonde, I wasn't working out faithfully (Maybe 2-3 times a week), but I am now. I walk on my treadmill at an incline of 2 for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. I really recommend finding a series you like on Netflix and watching a little everyday and only while walking. It really keeps me accountable!

                          Maybe she is visiting our members in Germany now to try the original recipe?

                          I hope she pops into UK on her way back across the pond. I'll book her a manicure if that would help.

                              Thank you for the positive vibes! I really appreciate them! I will admit I was disappointed not to lose anything this last week, but I am glad to be rid of the cravings and on the track to thinny junction!


                              I even exercised twice in the last 24 hours!
