second cup?

hi guys! i tried doing atkins last year... and failed miserably due to circumstances out of my control... namely my family eating all my food... so i bought myself my OWN refrigerator.... and i'm back on the diet, successfully.

i remember someone posting about the italian sodas at second cup that use the syrup. are all of those syrups sugar free and induction legal, or are there only a few?

any help would be appreciated as my friends LIVE at second cup and i'd like to be able to sip on something other than water...

You need to ask what sort of sweetener is in their sf syrups...if it's aspartame, then no, you can't have it. If it's splenda then it would be ok.

I carry a little pouch of splenda packets with me all the time and when our scooter club goes for coffee I have a decaf with cream and my splenda...I never feel deprived.
