      'Ultra Heat Treated'
Those small sealed cup things that you cant get open without squirting some down your front!!

From the British Nutrition foundation website http://www.nutrition.org.uk/home.asp...on=299&which=1
In the UK, cows’ milk is the type of milk most commonly consumed. Other types that are also used are ewes’ and goats’ milk. Most milk undergoes some form of heat processing such as pasteurisation, sterilisation or ultra high temperature (UHT) treatment. This is to ensure that any harmful micro-organisms are destroyed before the milk is consumed and to improve keeping qualities.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

so this is cream that has been paturized? heat will not change carb count. there shouls be a volume amount on the container telling you how much cream is in the container. count your carbs for that amount of cream.
