  • Help Me Some One Please

    OK I BEEN DOING GREAT THIS IS MY 3RD DAY I HAD A SALAD FOR BREAKFAST WITH ONE EGG.I HAD A HAMBURGER WITH NOTHING ON IT BUT CHEESE FOR DINNER. AND THIS IS MY PROBLEM I HAD SALAD AND STEAK FOR DINNER WITH 1 TEASPOON OF STEAK ,SAUCE 2 GRAMES OF SUGAR WHAT HAVE I DONE. I HEAR A VOICE SAYING WELL YOU MIND AS WELL EAT THAT BROWNIE BECAUSE YOU BLEW IT AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER, DOES 2 GRAMES OF SUGAR SET YOU BACK PLEASE SOME ONE GET BACK TO ME FAST

      From one girl on day three to another, here's the way I look at it: If you dropped an egg, would you throw the rest of them on the floor, too? I don't think that one teaspoon of steak sauce is a deal breaker. I vote to chalk it up as a learning experience, too!

        I agree with Adventure. You will learn to look at the ingredient list and spot things you shouldn't have. Be careful of your hotdogs and cold cuts too. Some have sugar in them. You will get the hang of it. Keep up the good work.

          THANK YOU I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER,I HAVE ALWAYS LOST WEIGHT B4 DOING LOW FAT ,I ALLWAYS GOT TO ABOUT 25-30 LBS LOST AND IF I CHEATED I WOULD NEVER BE AS MOTIVATED AGAIN SO I WOULD GAIN ALL AND MORE WEIGHT BACK,SO I DIDNT KNOW IF I HAD CHEATED OR NOT.THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK SO FAST

            The steak sauce is not going to make the slightest bit of difference...sorry to trample on your excuse to have a brownie! Also, it doesn't look like you're eating very much...make sure you'll full and not stuffed and you'll find it a lot easier to resist the junk. Be sure to keep Atkins book handy...I still refer to mine almost every day! Be strong! You'll be o.k!!!

              It is not the end of the world. You learn the lesson and move on. Make sure you drink Lots of water today. Just a note...if that was all you ate today...you need to have another cup of vegies.
