Hi all,
I read the book , well, books to be precise.
Yesterday was the day I started induction. Breakfast was an omelet at 6.30am , which I truly enjoyed. Around midmorning however, I felt just plain sick! Eggs that early didn't do my stomach any good. I'm also used to eating lots of sweet sugary foods and I suffer from withdrawel almost right away. Which basically makes me more determined to do Atkins , as I seem to be almost addicted to sugar and that is not the healthiest road to continue on.
Do you maybe have hints or tips to get me through the first week or so? And does anyone maybe have better ideas for breakfast? I prefer to eat something small (maybe a protein shake, is that ok for induction??) before getting to work and then eat something more substantial at about 9 or 10am. Any ideas what I could take with me?
thanks in advance!
