1lb bacon & 2.25lbs of chicken cut in bite size pieces, 1.5-2tbsp minced garlic, garlic montreal chicken seasoning - all cooked together till done. Drain well, add cooked shrimp (I buy it pre-cooked and frozen), and grated parm cheese - heat through. We use this to put on top of salad greens and it's positively divine with ranch dressing I use leftovers and add it to omelettes too.

I'm going to saute some of those thin sliced chicken tenderloins. Sauteed some squash and onion. Also some brocolli tonight.

I have a class tonight, so I'm dropping by my favorite mom-and-pop hamburger place and ordering a double burger with Swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions, green peppers, tomatoe and lettuce.
