    Time to say goodbye...

    Cuz I'm moving on to the Extended Induction forum baby, yeah!

    I'm on my last day of traditional Induction, with the results:

    Started Weight: 255
    Current Weight: 243 Down 12 pounds, wooo!

    Dress Sizes: down 1 size!

    Inches: I can't find my old measurements but I know I've lost at least 8 inches from my arms, chest, stomach, thighs and hips. (Mostly the stomach & caboose.)

    Now comes the hard part... water weight is gone, time for the real work!
    HW: 286 / SW: 255 / CW: 243 / GW: 140ish
    *started: 9/2/05*

      Congrats SNM! 12 pounds and a dress size, it is apparent that you aren't metabolically challenged and very dedicated! Great job on the first phase, make sure with only 8 pounds to go you start looking at doing the OWL rungs soon. See you in the EI forums...

        No.. that's only to my mini-goal! (I don't want a ticker that is overwhelming!) I doubt I will be doing OWL for a while. But! Extended induction will suit me fine.

          Oops... That'll teach me to post without my daily water intake done. Again awesome job in Induction, look forward to seeing you more in Extended Induction. Congrats again!

                        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
