umm maybe? I had eggs & beef with Slasa this am, cup of cofee....
Liner (as my son call lunch and dinner): one hamburger pattie with a bowl of steemed veggies with cheese and about 10 glasses of water.

Sounds like induction flu to me........Read the sticky on Induction Flu (somewhere on this board!) and keep drinking that water. Your body is detoxing from all the nasty carbs and sugars.

I agree with Wannabe that's not enough food you need to eat more but, feeling that way is very normal it's detoxing. This isn't like other WOEs where you have to starve eat to feel satisfied and never hungry. Maybe you just weren't feeling well try to eat a bit more tomorrow to keep up your strength. It also looks as if your menu may be protein challenged.

You might find having frequent snacks suit your body better than trying to put a day's worth of food into only 2 meals.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

It all comes down to planning and having things available for you to grab. Hard boiled eggs are quick and easy. I always make sure I cook extra beef, chicken or even fish to have leftovers that are easy to grab. Dill pickles (sugar free of course) and olives are good. Pepperoni sticks are another staple. I try to keep washed and cut up veggies on hand too. A little preparation beforehand is well worth it.
