    Me Again....

    Hi there everyone.
Me again. i am very very satisfied with my progress. Previously,i was too scared to weigh myself...i thought that if i saw my weight on the scales,i'd faint. But now that almost 3 weeks have passed and i have lost a couple of inches here n there,i curse myself for not having weighed myself before starting. Had i done so,it would would have been so satisfying to see how much i'd lost.
Anyway,I have a question. For the last couple of days,i am feeling a bit bloated. I am having tons of water and exercising an hour a day.Still,i feel a bit puffy and generally bloated all over.Shirts that had begun to fit me perfectly last monday are now again a little tight on me.Definitely not as tight as before but a bit uncomfortable to wear. Can anyone tell me why this is happening. What is going on? Can it be due to excessive salt intake. I try to keep my salt intake to a minimum, but perhaps I am having more than I should be. Please give your suggestions.... thanks.

    Hi and welcome
Sounds like salt. Are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking 64oz plus 8 more for every 25 lbs you need to loose. If you dont drink enough your body will try to hold on to what you have instead of letting it go.

Temporary bloating is perfectly normal. It won't last. Just relax...

Some people find that when their 'time of the month' (TOM) is due they tend to bloat. Usually it goes away in a few days though.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
