  • Encona sauce anyone?

    Hi guys,

    So nice to see the forum grow since my last visit.

    can some one tell me if encona chilly sauce is okay?
    the corn starch got me worried.
    BTW im from the UK.

    since ive got u experts can someone please tell me if quron is okay?
    i tried the seach but no conclusive answeres. i mean theres loads of foods avalibale in quron just wanna be sure.

    Hey Rambo..I will give my opinion on this...and if it is wrong at least I bumped your thread up...LOL! If you are still doing induction then because of the cornstarch the answer is no...not okay. However if you were up to the starches rung you could add it in. And saying that I noticed that your are only 14 pounds away from goal so now would be a good time to get out of induction and onto the rungs so that you can start experimenting a little before you get to goal. You will have the most success with your weight lose by going through every stage of Atkins. JMO.
