I started my induction one day prior to actually getting the new revised edition of the book and thought that I had read correctly all the helpful hints here - obviously not
Im really confused;
I have been counting carbs just by using fitday...
Are you supposed to subtract your dietry fibre from your carb total per food item?
If so, I have been eating less carbs than I thought - which probably isnt good right?
