    Anyone know if veggies (the 2-3 cups a day) have been known to stall? Ive cut back to about 1 cup and noticed the pounds finally coming off. Anyone experiencing this?

    Hmmmm...the opposite for me...if I don't eat enough veggies I stall. You really need to eat those veggies though...and remember a "stall" is 4 weeks with no inches or pounds lost. I love my veggies though...I don't know what I'd do without them!

      Whatelse are you eating with these veggies? In other words, are you using salad dressing, if so how much? Are you measuring the salad dressing or are you just pouring on what you think is the serving size?

      Also are you measuring the vegetables? A cup of veggies is about as big as your fist.
