That doesn't sound like you over-did to me. Altogether, you're looking at possible 6-8 carbs, probably 4 net. I'd say get one more induction-friendly serving in there, and make sure you spread it out during the day, especially if you find you are hungry or have cravings due to that much of a carb shock in one sitting.
AtomicBlonde, best to check the Induction List (if you don't have the book onhand) to determine whether what & how much you are eating is within the confines of the rules.
