ok i'm almost at the end of my second week! i haven't weighed yet cuz i think i'm going to do that once a month since i'm soooo addicted to a scale but i'm way in ketosis so says the sticks(dark purple!!) and my mouth is icky everything taste metal like so i guess that a good thing i want to start exercising but my energy level is kinda low i sleep later too. i've notice with this diet i forget to eat alot like today i only ate twice which isn't cool i know but i mean i woke up at 9 had a protein shake had my tuna salad at about three and here is is 12 o clock and i'm just eating dinner (i work late) steak and cheese veggies. my calorie intake is about 1200 on a regular bases. tho i wonder since i'm in fat burning mode could i up it a little or no i mean i plan on doing introduction for a minute so is it ok? thanxs!
