Okay, today marks the end of mu clean induction and I am happy to report









DRUMROLL PLEASE!!!









10 lbs off and:

underarms: 45 NOW 42
Bust: 49 1/2 NOW 47 1/2
Rib Cage:45 NOW 41
Waist: 48 NOW 44
Hips: 54 NOW 51
Bicep: 13 1/2 NOW 12 1/2

17 inches total how unbelivable is that!!

Excellent job! Doesn't it feel terrific?!!!

Now, you need to decide what you are going to do next...Extended Induction or start moving up the rungs of OWL.

Again, that's terrific! According to the chart in DANDR (page 15 your degree of metabolic resistance is between average and low which is encouraging.

Thanks Ladies! although I must confess that I still had my NON decaf coffe each morning with Iternational Delight low carb! OOPS! I am done with it! I am going to continue extended induction maybe without the coffee I will do better!

WOW...just want to encourage you not to be afraid of OWL. I have lost 9 pounds in my first month there. Do be aware that you will probably not get as much weight loss in the same time period that you got on induction no matter what stage you go to.
