    how is everyone good i hope. Today i was just wondering do anyone else feel this way for time to time. I've been doing really well on atkins and this diet is the best i'm never hungry and i have no need to cheat, But anyway i was getting dress today and i looked in the mirror and i thought i was fatter then before i started this diet ok is this my mind i mean my clothes feel loose but i look fatter to myself ..............ok what's up? is this normal ? thanxs

    yes - some of us just dont see our smaller self when we look in the mirror even when we know that we have lost weight.
    You will see many posts here about how members find themselves pickig out clothes that are far too big when they go shopping and literally jumping for joy when they need to go and get jeans that are 2 or more sizes smaller.
    Or being surprised to find they can sit comfortably in a restaurant booth instead of having to suck everything in to sit down!!
    Removing those 'fat goggles' takes time.

      (((nikki)))Yep, normal! Do you have a picture of yourself from 38 pounds ago?? Cause if you do you will see a difference..especially in the face area.
