No saggy skin here, but I work my buns off with exercise. Nothing I can think of works better.

As 2big always says, it is better so have some saggy skin rather than filling up that skin with fat! I agree with Betty. Hydration and exercise are soooo important!

Yes, some...but it would be a lot worse if I didn't exercise and drink lots and lots of water. I read in a weight loss book that a lady lost a lot of weight, had some sags ... but after a year of working out and drinking lots of water, her skin gradually began to tighten up. I am going to follow her example.

By you being only 20 your skin will snap back.

No need for you to worry.

          Good Luck.

Good advice here. Exercise and hydration.
But... on the subject... am lucky with not having too much of a problem this way...except my neck. Where my double chin was, is now loose skin. Horrid. Any thoughts how to combat this?

Just chiming in long enough to sound like an echo.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Did anyone here mention you should exercise? LOL

I do have excess skin and it ain't pretty, but it was a heckuva lot uglier filled with lots of fat. ~~shiver~~

I'm an O/G (that means I'm no spring chicken) I have to exercise, lol.

I have some but, I'm not done yet LOL. But I would say it's pretty minor to the puff I had before.

                    Re: have you???

A few years ago ( I was 21 then ) I lost 45 pounds and excersized and had no loose skin. Now that i've gained back a few of those pounds...

But, there's hope for your skin!!!

Exercise! Add in some strength/weight training or pilates etc. that target those areas a bit if you can.

As for stretch marks, I've been told that cocoa butter can help some with that. I've been using that some (lotion) and it seems to help, but then again, I'm not sure if its just that my stretch marks don't show that much either. Honestly, everyone has and gets stretch marks. No body is ever perfect and the ones that do look perfect have been photo touched!
