Re: about low carb bread
I think the official answer is that you need to wait until you are on the relevant rung for all ingredients x

Your mileage may vary, Zoesmom. I personally have all but done away with bread products low-carb and otherwise; though I have tried the reduced-carb options a few times, and they're usually pretty good!Sheila, Founder of SugarFreeSheila.com

Yes Zarabelle is right - always check the list of ingredients to make sure they are all approved for your particular 'level' of Atkins (induction,OWL etc).Originally posted by ZarabelleI think the official answer is that you need to wait until you are on the relevant rung for all ingredients xWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: about low carb bread
Nature's Own is made with wheat flour, which means it is appropriately added for the Grains Rung of OWL.
Basically if a food is not on your list of acceptable foods, then it isn't appropriate for your phase of Atkins no matter what the carb count is.
