No, it means you are a lucky person! I see you're on day 3 today. If you're not feeling badly at all, that's ok. A lot of people don't feel the effects of switching over, or they're so minimal they'd never have guessed it was induction flu. -

No kidding - consider yourself lucky! It's been so long for me, but I remember feeling more listless and lethargic than anything else. But it passed after the first few days ...

I didn't have it either, other than some minor diarhea. I chalk it up to already eating relatively low GI before starting Atkins (I had been experimenting with the G.I. Diet and was cooking for my husband who was eating a lower carb diet for his ulcerative proctitis).Current: 194.5 / 179.5 / 145
