I did print out the rules and the acceptable foods. I am doing good so far, like 30 min ago I was feeling really sick to my stomach and now im better, I took a one a day weight smart vitamin this morning and I hope that is ok to take. I also was wondering if I can take Tylenol or advil? I have a headache but dont want to take it if its going to interfere.
