today is my 4th day on induction and i lost 5 pounds!! i know some or most is probably water but its still nice to see that scale go down!

way to go rissa! Keep up the Good work.. I myself have jsut restarted about 5 days ago..CHEAT FREE...proud of myself. Not sure how much I've lost but I could feel my clothes a wee bit looser yesterday.
