    That is great news Ann!! You can do this! Drink lots of water...that really helps. I drink 12 cups a day because with 8 I usually still have cravings. Stay strong!

              I am doing so much better today. No cheating!! I am so appreciative, of the tons and tons of support on this board!! WOW!! TONS OF SUPPORT NOT LBS!!! YEAH! I made ciche sp? for dinner. I had to have two and a half pieces though. I hope it was ok. I didnt evemn get stuffed though. the family gobbled it UP!! i CAN see, where the recipes are critical too. before, i just would fry my hamburg, get my leaf lettuce out, wrap it up. and that was it. and eggs for breakfast. the family went crazy over the ciche, i did the recipe using the right bacon, mushrooms and cheese that I read off of the boards here. Thanks to all of you soo much. I got past the Halloween candy even. I didnt desire to eat it at all today. Though I felt a little fluish a few times today on and off. I had a busy day also. Did anyone watch Oprah today though about women letting themselves go? yes, I cried but it was good for me to see and help to encourage me to do what is good for me. Thanks so much it is a very friendly, and supportive place to be. My hope is to also provide others too, as time goes on with support and encouragement. I am sure that is what makes this thing work!
