Still searching for someone who...

Hey guys,
Im still looking for someone who can make me one of those weight loss trackers! The pretty ones... like you pick whatever it is you like and then it highlights how much weight you lost and where you at!? Do you guys know what im talking about!? If so can someone please help me! Id appreciate that alot! Thank you guys for being so supportive!!!!
