You'll find a ton of support here. Be prepared to start feeling yucky tomorrow or so. The induction flu can be killer. Don't let it put a damper on things or make you think that this WOE isn't healthy and that's why you're feeling that way. Carb withdrawl can be a horrible thing! I had a really bad headache, stomach ache and was so lethargic for about two days. It will pass and things will improve GREATLY!
