    Eggs??

    I have a carton of egg beaters in the fridge....are those acceptable on induction?

      They're mostly just egg whites. You might as well use them. Just cook them in some fat, like some whole creamy butter. Next time buy some real eggs.

          Thanks! I know....I had bought them when I thought I was going back to weight watchers. I know now that ww is not the path for me to choose. .......ALL THE WAY!!!
