    The last time I was on Atkins, and I ate something that I shouldn't have, I just acted as if I hadn't cheated and continued on with my regular low-carb plan... within just a short time (a couple of days) it was as if the cheat never happened.

    That's my plan again for this time around - I know I'm going to cheat, but I can make the CHOICE to not let it set me back - I managed to lose 30 lbs last time and reach my goal weight using that plan!! (of course, if I had stayed on OWL phase, then I wouldn't be in Induction again!! I can learn from that mistake!)

    I'm glad to be here, sounds like there is a lot of support in here!
