  • Success!

    I thought I would drop by and encourage those of you that are finishing your induction that you can have success with OWL.

    Well I have done 2 months on OWL and this month I lost 8 pounds. That brings me to a total of 32 pounds in 3 months.
    Here is the break down.
    2 weeks induction=12
    2 weeks extended induction=3
    1 month OWL=9
    2 months OWL=8
    Total= 32 pounds.

      Thanks Tabekat! I see by your stats you are having success with OWL also. It is nice to have other choices isn't it. When I got to the fruit rung I learned that Mandarine Oranges were actually called tangerines! I never knew that before.

                Thanks Elsie! I keep falling off the wagon and I think it's b/c I should move to OWL, but I'm afraid. So now I'm back on induction. I'm going to stay here for a couple of weeks and then start OWL. I don't think I'm bored with induction, but maybe my subconscious is. Thanks for sharing your success with us. You're doing great!

                  Thanks for reminding all of us that there IS weightloss after induction
                  Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
