Are we able to have sour cream on induction. I thought we could, but I dont see it listed on the fold-up sheet. Thanks for your help

sourcream and cream are in the special catagory foods along with a not from Dr Atkins about how if they slow or stall your loss then you need to avoid them for now.by the book atkinseer

And there I was...putting easily 1/4 cup or more on my food. Bad JoAnne!! Bad JoAnne!!!
And this...ladies and gentlemen, is why I don't buy sour cream anymore..
