  • The best I've ever done..

Hi all, just wanted to share, day 6 DONE and in the bag, still cheat free, no cravings, I feel wonderful. I bought those little sticks today, I'm almost dark purple. Still resisting the scale, which is a first for me. When I tried to lose weight before I used to get on the scale every hour, just in case I lost something. Day 3, everytime, I pick up a little, and get discouraged. Not gonna make the same mistakes again, this time I'm sticking til I lose every last bit of weight. First time on Atkins, and I can feel it working. I WILL NOT EVER BE AS HEAVY AS I AM TODAY AGAIN. Small steps, one day at a time, can't wait to get going again tomorrow. For now it's over and out - I'm going to bed - it was a good day today.

Stick with it! You're doing good! As someone who has gone on and off about 100 times, please listen when I tell you NOT TO LOOK BACK! Don't let those nasty carbs seduce you - It's not worth the feeling of letting yourself down, and trying again is even HARDER than the first time. I'm sure you can do it!!!!!!

Well done Ninane you are doing great
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Good job Ninane! You are through the roughest part of it all -- the loss of former comfort foods and establishment of new habits. Keep it up for the final days, and no one will be able to question your commitment again. Just keep remembering this is a journey, and you can't lose it all in one day (no matter how much we would like to lose it).

Great Attitude!!! It is especially wonderful that you are staying away from the scale. I wish every inductioneer could understand how important breaking that masochistic ritual is for long term success. Good for you!
